LLM Studio Go Privacy Policy

iPhone and iPad · Effective October 18, 2026 (version 1.2)

LLM Studio Go runs language, image and audio models on your device without an LLM Studio Go account. Its publisher is Yevhenii Svistunov. This policy describes the iOS and iPadOS app, including its optional advertising and one-time ad-removal purchase.

Data stored on your device

Prompts, replies, attached documents and images, text extracted from attachments, generated images, chat history, imported and downloaded models, settings, and the optional local API access key are processed and stored on your device. They are not sent to the publisher for model inference. You can delete chats in Settings and models in the model library. Uninstalling the app removes its app container. Files you exported or shared remain with the receiving app or destination. iOS device backups may include app data, subject to your device and iCloud backup settings; downloaded model files are marked for exclusion from backup.

Microphone, voice and audio

Voice conversation uses the microphone only after you grant iOS microphone permission and start a conversation. Speech recognition, the chat model's reply, speech synthesis, lyrics writing, music, sound and song generation run on your device with downloaded models. Recordings are processed in memory and are not saved as files or uploaded; transcripts of voice turns are saved in the chat like typed messages. Generated tracks, lyrics and captions are stored with your chats in the app's private storage until you delete the chat or uninstall the app. Recordings, transcripts, lyrics and generated audio are not sent to the publisher or to advertising services. Saving or sharing a track creates a copy outside the app under your control. You can turn off microphone access in iOS Settings at any time.

Model downloads and local network

When you choose to browse or download a model, the app contacts Hugging Face (huggingface.co) or, where used, hf-mirror.com. These services receive ordinary connection data such as your IP address and requested model path. Prompts, chats and images are not included in model download requests. Their own privacy policies govern their handling of connection data.

The optional OpenAI-compatible local API server is off by default. If you enable it, other devices on your network can send requests only with its access key. This is plain HTTP, so use it only on a trusted local network. The server does not send those requests to the publisher. Generated code and web app previews run in a restricted local WebKit view with external network requests blocked.

Optional web search and links

Web search and link reading are off by default. If you enable web access in Settings, the app reads links you include in a message directly from their websites. Turning on the globe in chat also enables DuckDuckGo search; the app may read up to three results directly from their websites to give the on-device model source text. The search query may contain words from your current message or earlier chat context. Search requests send the query, not attached documents or the full chat transcript; the model's answer is generated on your device.

DuckDuckGo and the websites visited receive ordinary connection data, including your IP address, requested query or URL, and browser information. The app uses a non-persistent web view for reading pages and does not keep its browsing data between requests. Those services apply their own privacy policies. Turning web access off stops future search and page requests.

Advertising and consent

When enabled, Google AdMob can show native ads in the model catalog, a banner in the model picker and a native ad card on the screen shown while audio is being generated. The audio card can refresh while generation continues and its screen is visible, and it is removed when generation ends or stops. Before requesting ads, the app checks applicable consent through Google User Messaging Platform. Where applicable, it separately asks for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Declining tracking does not prevent local AI features. You can revisit available advertising privacy choices in Settings. The app does not send your prompts, replies, images, voice recordings, transcripts, lyrics, generated audio, chat history, model files or local API key to Google for advertising.

Google and its advertising partners may process your IP address, approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interactions and diagnostics for serving and measuring ads, fraud prevention and, if you permit it, personalized advertising. Google describes its practices and controls in its privacy policy. Consent withdrawal stops new ad requests as reflected by the SDK; it cannot retract requests already sent. You can also change Apple's tracking permission in iOS Settings.

Optional purchase

A non-consumable, one-time purchase named “Remove Ads Forever” removes both ad placements for the purchasing Apple Account. It is not a subscription. The price shown in the app comes from the App Store and may vary by country or region. Restore Purchase in Settings checks the same Apple Account. Apple processes payment and transaction records under its own privacy policy. The app checks verified StoreKit entitlements on-device; it does not receive your payment card details or send purchase receipts to the publisher.

Reports, sharing and retention

The app has no active in-app AI-response reporting endpoint. If the app later enables optional reports, this policy will be updated before that feature is released. When you explicitly share content or open an external link, the receiving app or site applies its own privacy terms. The publisher does not sell your chats or model files and does not run a separate analytics SDK in the iOS app.

Local chats and files remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. Apple and Google apply their own retention policies to App Store transactions and advertising data. The publisher can receive correspondence that you choose to email for support or privacy requests, and keeps it only as long as needed to answer the request or meet applicable legal obligations.

Children and contact

LLM Studio Go is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed to children. For questions, access or deletion requests concerning data you send directly to the publisher, contact [email protected]. You can delete local chats and models directly in the app. For Google advertising data, use the controls in the Google policy linked above and the app's available ad privacy options.
